Farfalla is designed to be a private, personal intelligence platform. We collect only what is necessary to make the product work for you, and we treat every piece of information as if it belonged to a member of our own family.

Account information you provide (such as email and name), commerce records handled by ScaleIQ Pay Hub, and the data you choose to organize inside Farfalla — your Life Graph. We do not sell personal data, ever.

To operate the product, personalize your experience, communicate essential account and billing information, and improve Farfalla with your consent. Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be used to understand product performance.

You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or delete your account at any time. Deletion removes your Life Graph permanently, subject to any legally required retention.
